The resort is located at the bottom of the hill at Cape Panwa, in the South of Phuket province in Thailand. |

How far is the resort from the airport? |
T38 km or 35 minutes drive by car. We will be happy to arrange transportation by car or minibus from the airport to the hotel, allowing you piece of mind and a hassle free trip to the hotel. Please contact Reservations for more information. |

Are you the same resort as the Bel Aire in Patong? |
No, that’s a different resort, with only a slightly similar name. |

Is early check-in available? |
We will do our utmost to have your suite ready for you upon arrival. Check-in before 14:00 hours is subject to availability. Should you wish to confirm an early check-in (check-in before 14:00 hours), please make your booking for 1 day prior to arrival.

Do all suites have safety boxes? |
Yes, all suites are equipped with free private safety boxes. Additional safety boxes are available free of charge at Reception. |

What is the electric current? |
220-230 Volt. The resort has transformers (220V to 110V) available free of charge. |

What kind of electronic plugs does the resort have? |
International 2 prong plugs. The resort has adapters available, should your country have different prongs.

Is tap water safe to drink? |
We do not recommend drinking it and provide 1 bottles of complimentary drinking water per person in each suite. However, for cleaning your teeth it can be used. |

Are pets allowed? |
For hygiene reasons pets are not allowed in the resort. |

Is late check-out available? |
Normal check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you wish to keep your suite longer, please contact Reception for available options. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability and can only be reconfirmed within 24 hours prior to departure.

What is the nearest town? |
Phuket Town, around 8 km or 10 minutes by car from the hotel. |

What does the town offer? |
(Souvenir) shopping, restaurants, culture, banks, tailor shops, opticians, massage, travel agents, and everything you would expect from a medium size Asian city. |

How do I get to town? |
Reception will be happy to arrange a taxi or minibus for you. |

Are there golf courses in the area? |
Yes, the nearest courses are the 18-hole Phuket Country Club (around 20 minute drive from the hotel) and the 18-hole Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf Courses (around 20 minute drive from the hotel). The resort will be happy to arrange tee off times for you. |

Where is the nearest ATM? |
The nearest ATM is just opposite the resort, at the entrance to the deep sea port pier, at 100 m from the resort.

What are the tipping customs? |
The resort charges 10% 'service charge' on most products and services, which is equally distributed among all the staff. Tipping is therefore completely at your discretion, depending on staff going beyond your expectations. |
